Telephone Phone Support Voucher (PS)

If you want live help on the telephone from Arizona:

This voucher entitles you to 20 minutes of cumulative telephone support and $20.00 off on any one part you need. We will do our best to answer questions and research your issue. If you are uncertain which part you need to buy, and you need support in diagnosing your problem and determining which part you need, then this voucher is for you.

You will need to purchase this support voucher. We will call you from a 602 Area Code phone number as soon as possible between noon and 7 PM AZ time. You will need to be able to have an able bodied person by your lift chair to help us troubleshoot your problem and be able to text or email us photos.

If you have purchased a support voucher we will discount any parts you need by $20.00. We also offer free email support.

To take advantage of our free resources you need to email service@liftchair.com with a description of your problem and photos of your lift chair and all of the electric parts and labels. Sometimes a brief video is helpful. We will email you back suggestions and a checklist of information for what part you need to order.
