It is easy to check if this motor is working. Simply unplug the cable from the Master Motor and plug it directly into the power supply. If it is in fact good it will start driving the stroke tube out. If it is good you need to evaluate your hand control by resetting the hand control or emailing us for the hand control troubleshooting guide along with your GT serial number and a photo of your hand control

78877 or 1.43.000.223.30. It is the recline motor that operates the back. Sometimes this motor may come unplugged. Check your connection. See Photos.
