Okin Power Supply 29V DC For 24V DC Motors With Battery Back Up. This model replaces older heavier model pictured with nine-volt batteries showing. This model accepts the model #120 cord shown below.

This is the most common Okin power supply for simple up and down chairs with 2 button hand controls and the two prong cable with two prongs, (One flat prong and one round prrong, pictured) The main old-style power supply was the (3.00.207.036.00). The new style is more of a rectangular shape, (pictured). It has a green light indicator that is very handy. It feeds back less power into the chair when it is not in use. It has a compartment that accepts the two nine-volt batteries for backup. The new supply is product number 3.00.209.014.00, JLDP.10.014.000, 3.00.209-027.00, and various other similar numbers shown below.

The Old Style 3.00.207.036.00, 3.00.210.992.00, 3.00.210.019.00, 3.00.210.002.00, DC power supplies shown below and the 3.00.207.011.00 AC power supply without a place for nine volt are replaced by the New Style 3.00.209.014.00 Shown in the bottom photo.
