We no longer carry the HC221 we ship out a simple switch with no lock and unlock feature or gray junction box that frequently fails.

Many people do not use the lock and unlock feature.

This Limoss HC221 Mounting switch model has a green unlock light and a red lock light. The end of the cable has the 90-degree round five-pin connector to plug into the motor. 500576 last 6 digits. (There is an inline relay box that operates the lock and unlock feature) 500474 last digits The replacement we ship does not have this relay box or the lock and unlock feature.

The HC221 switch had a gray junction box for the lock and unlock feature that failed frequently.
