The Tranquil Ease 2802-FR1-BR or HC-2802-FR1-SW Up Down, with a Lock & Unlock button has been replaced by a new model with blue backlit up and down arrows and a quick disconnect which you can place in the side pocket. The new hand control has a round 5 pin DIN connector that plugs directly into your Okin, Limoss, Richmat, and many other brands of lift chair actuators.

The new model will not have the lock and unlock, but is has a quick disconnect you can position in the pocket so you can easily remove the hand control if you do not want children or others playing with it. It will be more trouble-free and nicer looking. See the second photo.
