Return Policy:

If you are not happy with an item return it within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.  Call 1-800-798-2499 for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the box. Your return authorization number will be emailed to you. Your use of this return authorization number shall be deemed as your acceptance of the terms and instructions you receive in this specific email containing your return authorization number. 
White Gloves in home set up charges or White Gloves in home pick up and pack charges are not refundable.

The item to be returned must be in new condition, undamaged, unused and in 100% saleable condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty materials. Include the original packing slip and a brief note describing the reason for the return. Custom specification orders with vinyl fabric, non-standard fabric selection, leather fabric, custom dimensions, heat and massage, dual and triple motor lift chairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters are not returnable. Electric Parts or Used Parts are not returnable.

Order Cancellations:

We put orders into production as promptly as possible. Any order cancelled after 48 hours or any cancellation of a rush order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped the cancellation will be treated as a return.

 

Refunds:

Your refund will be processed after the item has been inspected. We will credit the original credit card, or, if you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. Any restocking fee or cancellation fee is deducted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of our verification of the item being received back in 100% saleable condition. Returns that are received in a fashion other than authorized in the return authorization email or in poor condition will incur further reductions from your refund.
