No Operation of Any Bed
Function
- Check Plug at receptacle
- Check power plug connection at control box
- Check receptacle or breaker for power
- Remote Style, check battery
Actuator (motor) stuck in up positions
(Circuit Board Failure)
- Locate color button on side of control box and push
in, this will lower motors to flat.
Actuator (motor) shuts off from
frequent use
- Allow to cool (Thermo Temperature Design Shut Off)
Actuator (motor) grinds
- Raise bed section, remove plastic dust cover on shaft of motor,
grease worm drive or screw. Heavy Grease recommended.
Actuator (motor) continuing to grind
- Internal gears of actuator may need to be greased. (non warranty)
Actuator (motor ) winding sound
- Check and adjust dust cover, can be rubbing push tube, lightly
lubricate push tube.
Functions by itself
- RF Signals may have interference, change frequency
Intermitting workings of functions
- Check plug connection at control box for proper contact.
- Remote Style, check battery, locate antenna wire by control box and
cleaning cut antenna wire ½”. (Tuning Signal)
- Cord Pendants, check plug connection at control box, check cord for cracks
or pendant for damages.
Massage system won’t shut off
- Use other steps to shut off vibrators.
Massage system won’t turn on
- Allow time delay to process, wait one minute, press massage
buttons.
Flat Key Used, Remote, no function
after
- Allow time delay to process wait one minute, bed flattens press
functional button of your choice.
Frame squeaks
- Although designed with mfg. lubricant, bed may have to be
lubricated at joints. Certain products dissolves mfg. lubricants |
