Get up and down several times if the power goes out. It works with all Okin, Limoss, and other brands of Motor/Actuators in lift chairs or power recline furniture. It is best to use it primarily to get the lift chair up and down. You can also plug in small items that do not draw a lot of power like a laptop or a phone charger. Uninterruptible Power Supply.

If you use it for heat and massage it will wear down much more quickly.

This rechargeable battery backup plugs into the wall first and then you plug any type of power furniture, a laptop computer, a phone charger, or any other small electric device that does not draw a lot of power.

We drop ship various quality brands that may differ in appearance. Please test this battery backup once a month to make sure it is staying charged up by unplugging it and making sure you are able to operate the chair off of this backup. If it does not work when you test it make sure you have your lift chair plugged into one of the outlets marked BATTERY + SURGE so it will run off of the battery and not just a SURGE only outlet which gives you surge protection only and not the benefit of battery power in the event of a power failure.
