InSeat 11560, 11560U, 11560UX Original Brand (OEM) Hand Control. 

This replacement has a long cord with a round five  pin 90-degree connector that plugs directly into a Deltadrive, Betadrive, or Okidrive motor, at the motor housing underneath the chair.

It no longer has a quick disconnect connector with 3 pins. You now plug this hand control directly into the motor housing.

This hand control  is commonly used on Med-Lift, Best, La-Z-Boy, Golden, Ultra Comfort, Palliser, and many other lift chairs and power recliner home theater chairs.*Now Black in Color**
