Complete Replacement for JLDQ 11.156.333 or JLDQ 12.156.333 Power Recline Motor JLDQ, 24 V 30 W, Duty Cycle 1 min on, 8 min off, Refined Mechanics Hi-Tech.Co Ltd. Includes Power supply, Cables, Motor / Actuator, and Button Control Switch. In order to line up holes at front rail, you will need to remove your existing metal bracket if you have one and use the one on this actuator. The replacement actuator you receive may be slightly different in appearance than your original motor but have the same specifications.

NOTE: The third cable shown on the image is an optional cable for chairs that have a second motor for the headrest. If your chair only has one motor, you can leave the third cable disconnected and ignore it.
